11/21/12. Just bought this saddle. Customer service was great. I don"t know much about western saddles, and wasn"t sure how to fit my ruggedly built horse, but the customer service dept. answered my email within hours. It fits my wider foundation Walking Horse very nicely, and it"s very comfortable. Plenty of movement room in the shoulder area with this saddle. Got the saddle in about 3 days. It"s a very pretty saddle, too. Even though it"s advertised as a trail saddle, I plan to use it for some shows. I will order another saddle from saddleonline very soon. Thank you, Paula Underwood
