This is a new $400 saddle made
This is a new $400 saddle made in India, so don"t expect high-end quality. That being said, it is a very good deal for the price. I ordered on a Friday and received it on the following Tuesday, so the company gets an A++ from me on promptness. The straps for the girth are pretty stiff, which isn"t unexpected in new leather, and I quickly replaced it with nylon so it"s much better now. The back cinch does fit around my girl"s belly, so that probably won"t need replacing. The fenders are stiff and the stirrups don"t want to stay on the feet--again, this might simply be because it"s new, but I"ll be looking for stirrup straighteners. The jockeys were curled up during shipment, and so after mounting I have to take my feet out of the stirrups and curl the jockeys back down. This may also resolve with time and use. It does fit my horse and is fairly comfortable and is a pretty light-weight saddle. I"m happy I bought it.
