Will someone have to be home to sign for a package?

When an order is placed that is over a certain amount, we will automatically ship with a signature requirement upon delivery for FedEx delivery. If you do not wish to have a signature requirement on your saddle order, please call us at (800)967-2335 to request the package to ship without a signature requirement. This must be done BEFORE your order has shipped. 

When a package is shipped without a signature requirement, the buyer assumes all responsibility if in the event the package becomes lost or stolen. SaddleOnline is waived from any and all responsibility or liability in the event the package is delivered without a signature and the buyer assumes these risks.
