I too purchased this saddle and took a big gamble, not only was it a christmas gift for my thirteen year old daughter..I also had it shipped to Canada! I had no idea what to expect but after lots of extra oiling and some trials on her wide mutton withered paint horse, I was amazed to not be able to find flaws in it. I am totally thrilled with it and what a Christmas she had! I only had one concern of the screw on the back of the concho on the breastplate being stripped.
