This is my 2nd saddle purchase
This is my 2nd saddle purchase from Saddleonline, and just as before, I am more than pleased with my saddle. It fits my 18H Belgian mare perfectly, and it is stunningly beautiful and well-made. With that being said, I have to vent just a little about the other tack that comes with it. NONE of it is draft sized!! Now, wouldn"t you assume that if someone was ordering a draft sized saddle that they needed a draft sized headstall, breast plate, and cinch as well? Unfortunately, it is all regular horse sized and of absolutely no use to me. I had to go out and purchase a headstall and cinch seperatly and I was unable to find a color match to the saddle, so I had to stain them with shoepolish and oil. Even still, they are not exactly right. Oh well, this is one of the little joys of owning a draft pleasure horse...there isn"t alot out there in their size. So if you are buying a draft saddle, be prepared to go out and purchase unmatching tack to go with it. But you will LOVE the saddle!!
