I placed my order for this saddle on a Saturday but found out on Monday that our recent move to a new home delayed processing of the order due to discrepencies in address and billing. I called in a panic and talked to Josh who cleared up the discrepancy and assured me the saddle would arrive by Christmas. It arrived on Wednesday and was beautiful. I ordered another saddle but they were out of stock. Customer service called me to let me know this and asked if I wanted another saddle. I choose this saddle and it is by far an excellent saddle made of high quality and the most comfortable saddle I"ve parked my old butt in ever! I love it. It was even prettier in person than the pic and now I"m decked out in pink hence my nickname The Pink Lady. Great company to deal with and Franchesca did an excellent job resolving the issue of out of stock.

I placed my order for this saddle on a Friday, it arrived the following Wednesday. I bought it for my 9 year old daughter and her 16hh paint gelding. He is built like a QH and is hard to fit and this saddle fits like a dream. I was completely surprised at the quality of the tack, the saddle is very well made, the pad is thick and sturdy and the bridle and breast strap have amazing detail, I would not hesitate to put my daughter in the show ring in this set. I have her riding in a hackmore and the bridle still fits great. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a good starter set, the synthetic is great for children, easy to maintain and looks great for years!
