20% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise returned for refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All merchandise must be returned with in 15 days of delivery.

We only accept returns or exchanges on new never used merchandise.

Please be sure to keep insurance on your package. We do not accept returns on damaged or used merchandise.

If used or damaged merchandise is received we will ship it back at the customers expense.


Exchange cost for US 48states.

$20.00 Fee for exchanging saddle will be charged.
$12.00 Fee for all other medium sized accessories exchanges. (blanket pads, winter blanket and etc)
$6.00 Fee for all small sized accessories exchanges. (girth, tack, back cinch and etc)

Simply mail it by UPS or USPS with a tracking number and insurance to:

Please make sure to insert a copy of the invoice or at least mention the order number.

Send the saddle back with a copy of the invoice and a note stating which saddle you would like in exchange. If there is a difference in price, please include a cashier's check/money order or call in a credit card to cover the difference along with shipping charges.

All returns are processed in one week time period from our end.
Your credit card company may take up to two billing cycles for returns to be posted on your account.

Refunds are made in the same way payment was received.
