Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, including returning custom or duty fees for international returns. There is a 10% restocking fee for returns, but no restocking fee for exchanges.

For Canada customer returns: Canada customers must pay all applicable tax and duty charges for all returns and exchanges with the respectable shipper. Failure to do so will result in the product being shipped back under the customer's expense.
Send the saddle back with a copy of the invoice and a note stating which saddle you would like in exchange. If there is a difference in price, please include a cashier's check/money order or call in a credit card to cover the difference along with shipping charges (if applicable).
